Create a "Doomsday" starship with this detail set for the 1:1000 Polar Lights kit. Set includes 3 damage inserts for the primary hull, and 3 damage inserts for the nacelles. Set includes templates for cutting out the hull sections.

The only suggestion I can make is to use the template for the saucer section as a suggestive guide, but not as a literal template. After sanding the saucer conversion pieces place them with topside against the inner side of the upper saucer section and trace the actual pieces. This will give a true template. Cut the upper saucer section. Temporarily connect the upper and lower saucer sections. Cut the lower saucer section to match the upper. |
