The ultimate detail set for the AMT Bridge kit. This set features a number of replacement parts and lighting panels to build a more accurate model. The set includes:
- 6 chair seats and legs
- 4 clear desk units
- replacement captain's chair
- replacement helm unit with scanner

- elevator unit with clear red alert insert
- three part viewscreen section including clear screen

I'm blown away by the engineering that went into making these pieces. There is very little work that needs to be done to get them ready to work with. My only quibble with the set was series of tiny air bubbles along the bottom edges of most of the cast pieces. They need to be pierced, filled then sanded for a smooth finish. There is also a sizeable slab of resin that needs to be sawn of the bottom of helm control. I cannot reccommend this kit enough...it's my winter project. |
