1. I don't see my Preorders listed on my account page.  Do I need to reorder?

You do not need to reorder.  Go to your "My Account" page.   Click on the link that says "Click to view all previous orders" and you should see your preorder listed there.

2.  How much is shipping to (fill in the blank)?

Shipping is based on weight and destination.   To calculate shipping, please add the item to the shopping cart.   There is a shipping calculator  on the View Cart page. 

3. Do you take Money Orders?

Yes, we take money orders!  Please go through the check out and choose "Money Order" as your payment option and submit your order.  You can then mail in your payment to the address shown.

4. Will my credit card be changed immediately for Preorders?  

When you place your preorder, be sure to choose "PREORDER - no payment at this time" when you go through the check out.   We will contact you to submit payment at a later date.   

5. How soon will I receive my order?

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.  Orders shipped Priority Mail will generally take 2-4 days.   Large orders to the western and northern US may be shipped Parcel Post due to high costs of Priority Mail.   Parcel post orders generally take 5-7 days.  International orders usually arrive within 2 weeks.   Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery times.  There are often delays and shipping may take longer.  We've had international orders take 4 weeks to Canada and the UK.  Customs can slow things down.   Fortunately, we have lost very few orders out of the thousands of packages we ship.

6. My log in does not work!

We changed shop software at the end of August 2009.   All passwords were reset.  You will need to rest your password, which can be done from the My Account page.  

7. I'm having log in problems and can't place my order!

Some people encounter problems placing orders.  It may be something is interfering with your browser,  such as your antivirus software.    You may also want to try switching browsers or computers.   A very few number of customers have had problems with Internet Explorer 9.  Try Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.

You do not need to log in to place an order.   You can go through the check out without entering a password.
