You do not need to reorder.  I have all Preorder Reservations on file.   I will be entering them into the database as time permits.   It's going to take quite a while to get them all updated as this is a manual process.  Thank you for your patience.

Shipping is based on weight and destination.   To calculate shipping, please add the item to the shopping cart and start through the check out.   After entering your shipping address, the cart will list your shipping options and costs.  

Yes, we take money orders!  Please go through the check out and choose "Money Order" as your payment option and submit your order.  You can then mail in your payment to the address shown.

When you place your preorder, be sure to choose "PREORDER - no payment at this time" when you go through the check out.   We will contact you to submit payment at a later date.   

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.  Orders shipped Priority Mail will generally take 2-4 days.   Large orders to the western and northern US may be shipped Parcel Post due to high costs of Priority Mail.   Parcel post orders generally take 5-7 days.  International orders usually arrive within 2 weeks.   Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery times.  There are often delays and shipping may take longer.  We've had international orders take 4 weeks to Canada and the UK.  Customs can slow things down.   Fortunately, we have lost very few orders out of the thousands of packages we ship.

We changed shop software at the end of August 2009.   All passwords were reset.  You will need to retrieve your new password, which can be done from the My Account page.    You no longer use a username to log in.   Use your email address and new password.

If you continue to have problems with the security code, try reloading the page to get a new code.   You may also want to try switching browsers or computers.   A very few number of customers have had problems with anti-virus software interfering with logging in.   

You do not need to log in to place an order.   You can go through the check out without entering a password.
