Kong's Girlfriend is a replacement figure for the Aurora/Atlantis King Kong kit.  Sculpted by Joe Simon.   The figure comes in two halves so you can assemble it in your completed model.  The arms are separate.  You'll need to purchase the Kong kit separately.
