Special display base for the classic Flying Saucer kit recently reissued by Round 2. Saucer kit is not included and muse be purchased separately. You get the base and a support rod.
In 1959 Ed Wood used the Lindberg flying Saucer kit in his epic film Plan 9 from Outer Space. The Lindbrg kit has been reissued numerous times, including Glencoe, Atlantis, and Polar Lights/Round 2.

Out of the Box (and Out of This World!)
This just arrived, a dandy alternate base to the grandaddy Sci-Fi model of all time, the Lindberg UFO. The spaceship kit, in its current iteration, is correctly identified as the flying saucer model seen in Ed Wood's classically awful PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE (1959). The one piece base compliments the UFO's lugubrious claim to fame. All it requires is the saucer, some paint, and a little imagination.
