If you want to know when your preorder will be shipping:  Please see this page for the latest product release dates:  Upcoming Kit Releases.  

I generally don't know any specifics until the kits are ready to be shipped to me.   At that time I will contact you for payment.   Please remember, the products are imported into the country and they have to go through customs.   Then they are delivered to the importer, then the distributor, then to me.    There could be additional delays at any point. 

If you want to know about shipping costs, please use the shopping cart to calculate shipping. Add the item to the shopping cart. On the View Cart page is a shipping calculator. Enter your location to get your shipping costs and options.

If you want to know when your order will ship, most orders ship in 1-2 business days and you will get an email confirmation when your order has shipped. 

If you want to know if a product is in stock:   If the item says "In Stock" then we have it ready to ship.  Otherwise it says "Out of Stock"
