Hatsune Miku V4X - Vocaloid figure kit from Bandai

Hatsune Miku is a anime pop star from Japan.  This figure model kit from Bandai stands about 8.5 inches when assembled.   The parts are molded in a special layered process which creates color gradations within the plastic.   A polarized pearl material is used for arms and legs, creating vivid colors that change based on the viewing angle.  Frills in the cuffs and skirt hem are reproduced with separate parts to create a floating feeling.   Also includes decals.
