Convair Shuttlecraft Spaceship 1:150 scale - Revell reissue from Atlantis

While this was released originally as a Revell kit, The Atlantis reissue has the same parts, but a newer, more inclusive set of decals. The kit has held up well over the years and other than a bit of sanding, is a great conceptual model. It maakes one wish that America HAD gone with Krafft's designs. It IS designed to be disassembled to allow for "missions" to be "flown". I used one of the earlier releases for a stop motion movie about the "secret" American space program! It doesn't have aa very good paint scheme, but given what the model is, can be VERY freeing! E.G.: the External Tank" I painted a dark orange, and the "Orbiter" Black w/ red/orange outlines to the wings and fins and flaps. I'm looking to buy at least two more to build so I can have a "Fleet" of them. Buy it, build it and, if one wishes, play with it! Enjoy!
